I understand that it is difficult to order something online without really seeing, touching, and inspecting it.  I offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all artwork I create. Just be sure to keep ALL items and their original packaging including paperwork, until you are absolutely sure you are happy with the artwork...not to exceed our 20 day return policy.  If I have to clean, fix or repair items you will be charged our cost for those items or services.  If artwork is damaged beyond repair I cannot refund anything.

My Guarantee is:  If it's not what you were expecting, you've changed your mind for whatever reason just send it back for a full refund (less shipping/handling charges).

EXCEPTIONS TO MY RETURN POLICY

The only exception to this return policy are my Patterns.  Since the patterns can easily be copied or scanned, I cannot accept returns on any patterns once they are shipped.

PROCESSING RETURNS

Refund will be processed by the method used for payment.  Refunds will be for the full amount of the undamaged merchandise returned (less shipping/handling charges) and are processed within 48 hours of receipt of returned merchandise unless we have to clean fix or repair the artwork.  Damaged artwork that cannot be repaired will not be given a refund.  

All we ask is that you follow the instructions below and your refund will be processed promptly.

Simply return your artwork postage paid within 20 days of the invoice date (I must receive it within 20 days of invoice date), pack it up carefully and return the artwork as described below and you will receive a full refund less the shipping and handling charge.  Please either go online and e-mail me that you are sending a return or give me a call that way I can keep my eyes open for the package.  If you would prefer to have a credit towards another item, please let me know and I will be happy to send you something that's more suited to your needs. 

I will honor my guarantee as long as you follow the instructions and the artwork is returned as described in the return instructions.  

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED POSTAGE PAID AND INSURED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE, UNDAMAGED, IN SELLABLE CONDITION AND RECEIVED BY ME WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF INVOICE.  

If I have to clean, fix or repair any returned artwork you will be charged a restoration fee or labor charge.  Any artwork that is damaged beyond repair cannot be refunded.  You will need to make arrangements for return shipping if you wish to have it back.

Simply put the item (s) back in the package, rewrap it so it doesn't get damaged in the return shipment, write the reason for the return on the invoice I sent you and include whether you want credit toward another item or a refund. Refund will be made by the method of original payment. 

Packages should be returned insured with tracking information so you can be sure we received the package in a timely manner.  If you can provide us with the tracking information we can keep an eye on the package as well.

You may use any shipping service that is convenient for you such as United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) just be sure you use the above shipping address.

If merchandise is returned clean and undamaged and containing all original packing material your refund will be processed quickly, usually within 48 hours of receipt.  Refund will be by the method of original payment.  If the return requires any work or replacement of materials, the refund will be processed after all the restoration is completed.  I will keep you fully aware from the time I receive the return.
