SHIPPING OR PICKUP:SHIPPING:All items will be shipped via USPS. All completed artwork is shipped within 3 business days. If artwork is in the process of staining or varnishing and still needs drying time before packaging, you will be notified of the waiting period and anticipated shipping date. Sometimes I end up with more orders than inventory, in that case I will inform you of the anticipated shipping date and will custom burn the item for you. I will not date the invoice until I ship the artwork. PICKUP: All completed artwork will be available for pickup immediately unless otherwise communicated to the buyer. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE OR THE SHIPMENT WAS DAMAGED PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS for USPS:IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER:Orders that are shipped by USPS are shipped insured. Please ensure that you have used the tracking information provided to track your package. It if does not show up lease let me know and follow these instructions: Get a Form 1000 from the Post office and fill out the top right portion including your name, shipping information and telephone number. Do not fill out the rest of the form or keep any copies. I will submit the claim along with the shipping receipt. Write a letter (must be dated at least 21 days from the date the package was shipped) stating that you never received your package and please be sure to sign it. Send the form and letter to me as soon as possible and I will take it from there. If the claim is for under $50.00 processing is done at the local post office, if it is more than $50.00 then it is sent to the district office and takes about 30 days for processing. Please keep in mind that I cannot file a claim with the post office for 21 days after the date the package was shipped and therefore cannot replace shipments until the claim is processed. IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED:Let me know as soon as possible and I will mail (email or snail mail) the required proof of shipping so you can present it along with the damaged package and/or contents with the claim form. Get a Form 1000 from the Post office and follow the instructions. The package and contents must be presented to the post office by you along with all required documents.
